Make an appointment to view the apartment
The first step in the application process is for you to make an appointment to come and view the apartment in person. Please make an appointment to meet with our property manager to view the apartment and discuss the details.
Fill out an application form
The next step in the application process will be for you to fill out an application form which can be found on the Zillow page corresponding to the apartment you are applying for.
Signing the Lease Agreement
Once approved for the occupancy, you will be prompted to sign the Lease Agreement.
Deposit the Security and Rent
Once we sign the Lease agreement, you will be given the information how to deposit the Security Deposit and the rent monies. You will meet again with the property manager to receive the keys to your new apartment.
